Map Network drive with below error notification :
You can't access this shared folder because your organization's security policies block unauthenticated guest access.
as shown below :
Here is a simple remedy for it.
- Open Registry Editor (Regedit)
- Go to : Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanWorkstation\Parameters
- Modify "AllowInsecureGuestAuth" value to "1"
Close Registry Editor, and try again mapping your drive.
It should be working properly now.
